Marathon Man

Justin has been training for the past 5 or 6 months to run a marathon. I've been amazed at his determination as he ran whether it was sun, rain, or snow, while I sat in the nice warm house. There were a few times his beanie was frozen solid by the time he got home. Well, a few hundred miles and three pairs of shoes later, his hard work finally paid off. He ran in the Ogden Marathon yesterday and loved it. I am so proud of him! He's running the Utah Valley Marathon in June too. Way to go Justin!!!

Catching Up!

Well I've been slacking a little on my posting. During school I bond with my computer a little too much so since finals have been over I haven't even touched my computer and I must say it's very invigorating. So here are the posts that I should have been doing all mixed into one.

Justin drew out for a turkey tag this year. He was so excited he hung the little notice they send you with the word "successful" all highlighted and circled on the fridge for about two months. It was a tad early in the year to go camping for my liking being that it snowed and rained most of the time, but when the sun was out it was beautiful. Justin's brother and his family went and we had a great time relaxing and making cards in the nice heated trailer, while the boys were out freezing to death. Looks like we're having Thanksgiving dinner at our house this year!

Next was Justin's birthday on April 20. He would kill me if he knew I was posted this picture on here but I don't have any pictures of just him and there's nothing better than men in uniform! I'm so thankful for Justin and I know I don't tell him that enough. One thing I love about him is that he doesn't like to see me unhappy or sad. He's always joking and goofing off trying to make me smile or laugh. He does so much for me and I don't know what I would do without him!

And last but not least, my little brother got married on Friday! Everything went off without a hitch and they are so happy together! We are so excited for him and Jaycie. It is still a little weird to think that my little brother is old enough to be married though! That must mean I'm getting older too! Anyways congradulations Brady and Jaycie!!!
